General Shipping
Depending on your location, most orders will take about a 1-3 days to prepare for shipment and another 1-6 days for transit time. Most in stock items will usually ship to the mid-Atlantic states within just 1 day.
Most minor delays happen if for example you have ordered a bunch of obscure parts (which most other shops won't even sell) - it can take a few days to a week for us to get these items from the supplier. Also, if you have an order where every item is from a different manufacturer and in each item is spread across different warehouses around the country, there can be a slight delay to pull the items together into one shipment.
Either way, if we foresee any extended delays in your shipment and/or see that an item is out of stock, one of our staff will email or call you as soon as possible to let you know or work out other arrangements.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may or may not be available on particular products at all times - Limitations may apply due to product availability, time of order placement, and/or weight/size limitations of package(s). Please contact us first if express shipping is requested; Every effort will be made to process and ship the order the same day it is received - if express shipping is not available, we will notify you as soon as we can.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that we have no control over. Also, depending on the items ordered and their destination, additional charges may apply for these international orders as well - market fluctuations, shipping weights/sizes and insurance fees may effect the final shipping cost beyond what our online shopping cart system can estimate. Notification of these charges will be given before any order ships.
Warranty & Insurance
Unless noted, all items are brand new and are covered by the manufacturers full warranty, the details of which are supplied by the respective manufacturer. All items are shipped insured and are covered if any shipping damage would occur. If you receive a damaged item notify us immediately and we will rectify the problem the fastest way possible.
Returns
So you placed an order and it wasn't quite right - We understand. No, we don't have a blanket "30 Day Satisfaction Return" guarantee or anything like it, but we will honor almost any reasonable return request. We know every order and situation are different, so just contact us first and we'll try to work something out for you - no time-line or fine-print to get worried about.
All returned items must first have prior authorization via telephone or email. A return authorization form can be downloaded here:

Please fill out as much information on the form as possible so we can expedite your return and/or credit. Credits/refunds will be approved after inspection of the returned item(s). Please allow up to one complete billing cycle (up to 30 days) for credits/refunds to be processed back to your card or PayPal account; Store credit to put towards an exchange is available immediately after inspection of the return.
For full credit, returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging and paperwork intact. Items in poor condition may be refused for return. Returned items may also be subject to 20% restocking charge depending on the items condition and/or reason for return. All shipment fees and freight costs are non-refundable, even if free freight was offered on the initial sale. Credit will be issued minus these freight costs - the freight companies do not refund us freight costs that we have paid to send the items to you, nor the cost for you to send the items back to us; something to keep in mind before returning product o us.
Shipment damage claims and product warranty claims may be handled by the respective freight carrier and/or manufacturer directly.
Sometimes we move a little too fast for our own good and we throw the wrong item in the box; we are human you know, but we still hate it when we mess up. If an item needs to be returned, replaced or credited due to an error on our end, we'll pick up the tab on all freight charges to get you a replacement and/or pick up the incorrect item(s) as fast as we can. Please contact us first before sending anything back on your own so we can correct the error the best way possible.
Refunds
It happens sometimes; shipments get delayed, items get returned or something otherwise gets fouled up and your order needs canceled, credited or sent back. Due to the nature of the way banks process transactions, please allow up to one complete billing cycle (up to 30 days) for credits/refunds to be processed back to your card or PayPal account. Most credits/refunds will process in a week or less, but on occasion we have had them take up to a month - the more banks/processors/accounts (i.e. middle-men) there are between our bank and yours, the longer this process takes and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.
