We are a small shop - big enough to offer some great deals, but not so big that we don't care about your order! While our size helps us keep a close relationship with our customers , it also keeps our small staff very busy and hard to reach sometimes. If you can not get through on the phone, please be patient. Also, contacting us via email can sometimes be a bit faster (we spend the whole day in front of these computer screens!) |
